I spent years working with founders — helping them build brands, go to market, hire teams, and grow revenue. I was good at it. I still am.

But the most interesting work always happened outside the strategy deck. In the conversations about what these founders actually wanted, and whether what they were building was taking them there. That gap between ambition and alignment is what I've made my practice around.

I'm a certified Transformational Coach through the Universal Coach Institute, and I run Great Super — a fractional CMO and marketing consultancy for founder-led businesses. Coaching is where those two worlds meet.

All coaching is conducted virtually, which means I work with clients across the US, Europe, and beyond. If you're in Los Angeles and prefer in-person for the occasional session, that's an option too.
