Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and congruence.

Rather than giving you answers, a coach helps you access your own thinking, challenge limiting patterns, and take intentional action toward your goals.

It’s about unlocking your potential, not fixing you.

Transformational coaching works one layer below the to-do list: the beliefs, identity, and stories that keep producing the same results. Change those, and the actions follow. It’s a partnership where you and I work as equals.

You are naturally creative, resourceful, and capable. My role is to guide, challenge, and support you in bringing that forward.

Key elements include:

• Client-centered focus

• Collaborative partnership

• Action-oriented growth

• Whole-person perspective

• Long-term transformation

Most people seek coaching because something needs to change.

Sometimes that change is external, like a new role, business, or life direction.

Other times, it’s internal: confidence, clarity, or the ability to make decisions with certainty.

Common reasons include:

• Navigating a career transition

• Building confidence and leadership presence

• Starting or growing a business

• Reducing stress or burnout

• Creating more meaning and fulfillment

Focus
- Coaching focuses on the present and future: where you’re going and how to get there.
- Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences and emotional challenges.

Approach
- Coaching is action-oriented and goal-driven.
- Therapy is more healing-oriented and exploratory.

Relationship
- Coaching is a collaborative partnership.
- Therapy is a clinical, supportive relationship focused on mental health.

Both can be valuable, and sometimes complementary, depending on your needs.

I primarily work with professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs.

This is a strong fit if you:

• Are at a crossroads or in transition

• Feel stuck despite being capable

• Want more clarity and direction

• Are ready to invest in your growth

Results vary depending on your goals, but most clients experience meaningful shifts in both thinking and action.

Common outcomes:

• Clear decision-making and direction

• Increased confidence and self-trust

• Stronger leadership presence

• Reduced internal conflict

• More sustainable success

That depends on your goals and the depth of work you want to do.

Some clients come for clarity on a specific decision, while others stay for deeper transformation over several weeks or months.

Most clients work with me for 3–6 months to create lasting change.

Sessions are structured but flexible, depending on what you need.

We explore your thinking, challenge assumptions, and identify clear next steps.

You’ll leave each session with insight and action.

My work combines strategic thinking with deep personal development.

With a background in marketing and brand strategy, I help you not only understand yourself, but position yourself powerfully in your career and life.

This creates a unique balance of clarity, execution, and congruence.

The best way to understand if this is right for you is to have a conversation.

If you’re asking that question, it usually means something is ready to shift.

At Great Super, I’m your fractional CMO: I build and run the marketing. As your coach, the work is yours. I ask the questions, bring the business experience into the room, and hold you accountable, but you make the calls and do the building. Some founders need one, some need both at different times. On the intro call we’ll figure out which one you actually need right now.

Yes. I won’t validate you for 50 minutes and call it a session. I’ll be honest about what I’m hearing, push back where it’s useful, and hold you to the direction you’ve committed to. Always with care, never just for the sake of it.

That’s where most people start. Not knowing isn’t a reason to wait; it’s usually the first thing we work on. The Clarity Session is built for exactly this: one question, 90 minutes, and a concrete next step by the end.

If you have one big question, start with the Clarity Session ($250, 90 minutes). If you know you need to change direction and want structure to do it, The Pivot is three months, six sessions, from $2,800. If you’re already moving and want a consistent thinking partner, The Partnership is ongoing, from $1,200 a month. Not sure? That’s what the free 20-minute intro call is for.
